Dealer’s Choice, Inc. (DCI) maintains dealership database information, which allows ready access to their customer base in a multitude of ways. DCI can track sold customers, service customers and unsold prospects. DCI has the ability to provide customized follow-up utilizing dealership provided data and automated equipment. Marketing programs can be designed for individual dealerships to meet specific needs. Mail pieces can be designed by either DCI or by the dealership. Postage costs are minimized by mailing only to verified addresses, thereby decreasing undeliverable mail. DCI also maintains a USPS standard mail permit with the necessary equipment to provide customers with automated standard mail rates.
