Duration: The Best Buy Give-Away will begin April 1, 2010 8:00 AM Central Standard Time and end April 30, 2010 at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Eligibility: Contest is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Contest, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older, and are employed by a facility in which Preferred Customer Program (PCP) is sold and or represented. Employees, officers, and directors of Dealer’s Choice, Inc, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Must be employed by dealership at time of payout. Void where prohibited and if dealership does not approve of the incentive contest. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How To Enter: Entry will be automatic upon the first PCP E-Contract generated and subsequently thereafter.

Restrictions: Enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be different and E-Generated. No Mail In Entries Allowed. Electronic entries must be received no later than Contest End Date. All entries become the exclusive property of Dealer’s Choice, Inc., and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes: The number and value the contest is specifically detailed by Dealer’s Choice, Inc. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days and are non-transferable/saleable. Prize redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Dealer’s Choice, Inc. will work directly with the winners to collect the prizes. Winner has one year from date of prize redemption to complete the prize redemption if appropriate.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by Dealer’s Choice, Inc. according to the most PCP E-Contracts generated. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail on or about 11 days after end date. The winner will have 14 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to info@dealerschoice-usa.com or by regular mail. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices, or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dealer’s Choice, Inc. and/or the Sponsor which shall be final. Dealer’s Choice, Inc., Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

(1) Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries;

(2) Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;

(3) Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;

(4) Any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;

(5) Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or

(6) Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Dealer’s Choice, Inc. and/or the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest.

Participation: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold Dealer’s Choice, Inc., Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Dealer’s Choice, Inc., Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
